Rancho Luna

Said farewell to the doctor family this morning and caught the bus to Cienfuegos – or rather to Rancho Luna Beach. At the end of the road. We arrived early in the morning and the first casa was occupied – the second was empty so we got the rooms and moved our stuff in.

Walked to the beach and had the usual “ham/cheese” sandwiches for lunch. Just hanging out the entire day on the beach. A few drinks in the afternoon and some more to enjoy the fantastic sunset. Walked back to the casa, had dinner and realised that nothing happened in town this evening. 

So we 50 meters down the road to one of the big hotels that are also in the area. Had a couple of beers and realised that the place was full of people – but there was nothing going on. A few in the bar but the place was sooo boring. So happy to be staying with the different families instead of these all-inclusive places.
