Purmamarca - Humamuaca - Jujuy - Salta

Woke up to a beautiful morning - and another day of driving. Decided to take a walk in town before our pickup at 10. Bought a couple of hats at the local market. Cold morning - blue sky and sunshine but only 12 degrees and plenty of fresh air.

Pablo showed up. Surprise. The other driver didn't show up for work so Pablo got the job instead. Had a nice drive the entire day to see villages, inca ruins and more spectacular scenery.

Headed back for Salta in the afternoon. Short stop on the way in Jujuy - the birthplace of modern Argentina. Had a walk around the central square to admire some of the old buildings.
Made it back to Salta after more than 600 kilometers of driving the past two days. Got a good room at the hostel.

Met with Ivan and Ricky, Christian and Pernille from the day before to go for dinner. Went to the local place "Molina" and had lots of sangria and meat from the BBQ. Stayed at Molina until 2:30 - headed back to the hostel not very sober.
