Lake Taupo

Woke up and felt like having had way too much beer last night. Probably right about that. Checked out of hostel and had breakfast.

Walked down to lake Taupo in the morning. Walk in the bright sunlight getting some fresh air after a night out in town.

Drive to Napier after a bit of food for lunch.

Trying to figure out where to go for the wineries. Decided to go for dinner at Elephant hill in the evening instead of spending $100 each on a wine-tour next morning. Mikkel as the designated driver, Malene ready to to the dinner with full wine-flight.

Fantastic place with good restaurant, perfect wines for the food (according to Malene) and just the night out we deserved. It's so hard to be backpacker.
